2) Appointment of Shri N. S. R. Chandra Prasad as Additional Director (Independent)
Shri N. S. R. Chandra Prasad possess 36 years of rich experience of service in non-life insurance sector where he held number of key positions in Marketing operations, Technical, Reinsurance, Customer Redressal, Personnel & Training both in India and Overseas. Shri N. S. R. Chandra Prasad has also been previously in our Board from 2009 to February 2014.
