Jyoti Resins & Adhesives Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors have, vide circular resolution dated November 23, 2016 appointed Mr. Suresh Patel and Mr. Praful Patel as an Additional Director (Non Executive, Independent Director) with effect from November 23, 2016 to hold office upto the date of the ensuing Annual general Meeting of the Company.

Mr. Suresh Patel and Mr. Praful Patel appointed as Independent Directors is subject to approval of shareholders and term of office shall be decided by the shareholder at the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company.

Further confirm that Mr. Suresh Patel and Mr. Praful Patel are not related to any of the Directors of the Company.
