We wish to inform the Stock Exchanges that in response to the Letter from PVVNL purporting to terminate the Contract for rural electrification works of villages of Moradabad district, the Company initiated arbitration proceedings against PVVNL and had filed a petition before High Court of Delhi seeking interim relief against the operation of the said Letter of termination
We are pleased to report that the Hon'ble Delhi High Court passed an Order (a copy of which was dated and received on November 18, 2017) restraining PVVNL from giving effect to its Letter dated September 4, 2017 with respect to termination of the contract. The foregoing order of the Delhi High Court will remain in effect until the next date of hearing that is on December 21, 2017
