| Exchange Disseminated Time | Vardhman Polytex Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on August 14, 2012, inter alia, has considered & approved the following:-
1. To sell, transfer and / or dispose of the assets of the undertaking / unit of the Company namely Anshupti Textiles, Ludhiana subject to the approval of shareholders through postal ballot process.
2. To issue 16,00,000 equity warrants to the promoter(s) and / or promoter group on preferential basis at the price as per SEBI regulation subject to the approval of shareholders. |
