3. The Company has appointed M/s. Suresh and Babu, Chartered Accountants, Hyderabad as Internal Auditors of the company for the financial year 2014 - 2015.
4. The Company has appointed M/s. P. S. Rao & Associates as Secretarial Auditors U/s. 204 of the Companies Act, 2013 for the financial year 2014 - 2015. |
