| Exchange Disseminated Time | Morarjee Textiles Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on January 24, 2007, inter alia, has approved the acquisition of all brands and assets owned by Men’s Club srl, Italy, who are the manufacturers of classic and sporty range of mens wear.
The brands owned by New Men's Club srl, enjoy very good reputation in the Italian and European markets.
The Company with its strength in fabric manufacturing, garmenting and designing abilities will be able to leverage the same with the current brands acquisition in the European and other advanced developed markets.
Further the Company has informed that the Board of Directors has approved the shifting of the Registered Office of the Company from Peninsula Centre, Parel, Mumbai to Peninsula Spenta, Lower Parel, Mumbai with effect from January 24, 2007. |
