| Exchange Disseminated Time 28/01/2017 12:58:02 | Keerthi Industries Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on January 28, 2017, inter alia, has on the recommendation of the Nomination & Remuneration Committee (NRC) and approval of Audit Committee, approved the appointment of Mr. J. Seshagiri Rao, the Managing Director as the Managing Director & Chief Financial Officer of the Company with immediate effect.
Further, informed that Management has identified some of the candidates but could not succeeded in selecting a suitable candidate commensurate with the required experience, size and scale of the business of the Company. Hence, NRC has nominated the name of the Managing Director of the Company to act as MD & CFO until a suitable candidate is appointed and the Audit Committee and the Board of Directors has approved the recommendation. |
