| Exchange Disseminated Time 27/10/2015 18:38:18 | Hitech Plast Ltd has informed BSE that pursuant to the Circular issued by the Stock Exchange regarding the Trading Window disclosure by the Companies and as per the Company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company shall remain closed for all the Directors, Designated Employees and others covered under the Code, from October 28, 2015 to November 12, 2015 (both days inclusive) on account of declaration of the Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended September 30, 2015.
