Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Schedule III, Part- A, A (7) of SEBI (LODR), Regulation 2016, we would like to inform you that in place of ensuing retiring Auditors, M/s Gattamaneni & Co, Chartered Accountants, Hyderabad (Firm Regn. No. 0093003S) be and are hereby appointed by the Board in their meeting held on even date as Auditors of the Company, subject to approval of the members in ensuing AGM, to hold office from the conclusion of ensuing AGM to be held on 27.09.2017 till the conclusion of AGM to be held for the financial year 2021-22.
