| Exchange Disseminated Time | First Custodian Fund India Ltd has informed BSE that the members at the 25th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on September 24, 2011, have considered and approved the following:
1. Approved the Audited Annual Accounts for the year ended March 31, 2011 and the Report of Auditors and Directors thereon.
2. Re-appointed Mr. Surendrakumar Banthia as Director of the Company. Mr. Surendrakumar Banthia was retiring by rotation and being eligible had offered himself for re-appointment.
3. Re-appointed M/s. Paresh D. Shah & Co., Chartered Accountants as Statutory Auditors of the Company. They shall hold their office from the conclusion of 25th AGM till the conclusion of 26th AGM. |
