| Exchange Received Time 24/07/2017 17:15:55 Exchange Disseminated Time 24/07/2017 17:16:03 Time Taken 00:00:08 | With respect to the captioned subject and in continuation to our earlier communications in connection to the issuance of bonus shares and record date fixation, we wish to inform that the members of the Company have passed the resolution for issuance of bonus shares and the voting results of the Postal Ballot / E Voting for issuance of Bonus Shares along with the Report of Scrutinizers is annexed hereunder.
In view of the above, the Company has approved to issue Bonus Shares in the ratio 1:1 (i.e. One Bonus equity share of Rs. 5/- each for every One equity share of Rs. 5/- each held). Accordingly, Wednesday, August 2, 2017 is confirmed as the Record Date for determining the members entitle to receive Bonus Shares.
Members whose names appear in the Register of Members of the Company and/or the Register of beneficial owners maintained by Depositories as at closing business hours of Wednesday, August, 2, 2017 will receive the Bonus shares.
The details of allotment of Bonus Shares will be communicated in due course.
The above mentioned Report is also being hosted on the Website of the Company.
