1. To approve and take on record the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results of the Company as per Indian Accounting Standards (Ind-AS) for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2016 along with the Limited Review Reports of the Statutory Auditors thereon.
2. To consider and declare an Interim Dividend, if any, on the Equity Shares of the Company.
Pursuant to the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and Company’s internal Code for Prohibition of Insider Trading (“Code”), the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company is closed for the Directors and Key Management Personnel of the Company and the Designated Persons defined under the Code from November 02, 2016 to November 11, 2016 (both days inclusive). |
