| Exchange Disseminated Time 05/12/2016 17:34:09 | Ankit Metal & Power Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on December 14, 2016, inter-alia, to consider and approve the Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended September 30, 2016.
Further, in accordance with the Company's Code of Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Insider, in compliance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the “trading window” for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed for the Designated Persons covered under the said code of the Company from December 05, 2016 till December 16, 2016 (both days inclusive) i.e. completion of 48 Hours after the announcement of the Financial Results of the Company to the Stock Exchange. |
