1) To consider and approve the Un-audited Financial Results of the Company under Ind AS for the quarter and nine months ended 31st December, 2017
2) To consider declaration of Interim Dividend, if any, for the financial year 2017-18 and related matters etc. and
3) Advance intimation under regulation 42: The Record Date for the purpose of payment of interim dividend to eligible shareholders would be 07th February, 2018, if considered and approved by the Board.
