| Exchange Disseminated Time | Sanofi India Ltd has informed BSE about the following changes which have taken place in the Board of Directors:
1. Mr. J. M. Georges has resigned as Director of the Company with effect from the close of business hours on July 20, 2015 due to internal re-organisation in the Sanofi Group. Mr. Georges was Director from July 2010.
2. Mr. M. G. Rao, who was Alternate to Mr. J. M. Georges, has consequently ceased to be Alternate Director.
3. Mr. Patrick Chocat, Vice President, Strategy and Manufacturing System, Industrial Affairs of Sanofi has been appointed a Director of the Company with effect from July 21, 2015 in place of Mr. Georges.
4. Mr. Jerome Silvestre, Senior Vice President, Intercontinental Region, Global Operations of Sanofi has been appointed a Director of the Company with effect from July 21, 2015 in place of Mr. A.Ortoli who had resigned as Director earlier this year, following his retirement from the Sanofi Group. |
