This is to inform that the meeting of the Board of directors of the Company will be held on Wednesday, August 9, 2017, inter alia, to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results (Standalone & Consolidated) of the Company prepared as per the Ind-AS for the quarter ended June 30, 2017, pursuant to Regulation 33 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.

Further, as per the Company's Code of Conduct for regulating, monitoring and reporting of trading by Insiders and Code of Practices and Procedures for fair disclosure of Unpublished Price Sensitive Information, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company will remain closed for all designated persons and their immediate relatives and all connected persons covered under the said Code from July 31, 2017 to August 11, 2017 (both days inclusive).
