| Exchange Disseminated Time 25/07/2016 14:36:25 | Texmaco Rail & Engineering Ltd has informed BSE that in view of implementation of Ind-AS, its impact on the Financials and SEBI’s circular dated July 05, 2016, the Board of Directors after due deliberation decided to reconsider the Financial Results for the 1st quarter ended June 30, 2016 and accordingly, advised it to be placed at the next Meeting of the Board of Directors. The date and venue of the next Board Meeting will be intimated separately in due course.
In view thereof, the Trading Window of the Company as intimated earlier, will continue to remain closed for ‘‘Designated Persons" defined in the "Code of Internal Procedure and Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report of Trading by Insider in Securities of the Company” as framed under the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 till 48 hours after the declaration of Financial Results for the Quarter ended June 2016.
