| Exchange Disseminated Time | Jayaswal Neco Industries Ltd has informed BSE that the members of the Company will consider to approve by way of Postal Ballot the following Resolution:
1. Alteration of Memorandum of Association
The Company has appointed Adv. Atul Khadse. LL.M, Diploma in Cyber Law, Legal Consultant and Practitioner, as the Scrutinizer for conducting the Postal Ballot process in a fair and transparent manner.
The Postal Ballot form duly completed should reach the scrutinizer not later than the close of working hours on July 31, 2010. The scrutinizer will submit his report to the Chairman after completion of the scrutiny and the results of the postal ballot will be announced by the Chairman, or in his absence by any other person, so authorized by the Chairman on August 07, 2010. |
