| Exchange Disseminated Time 23/06/2016 17:43:20 | Aptech Ltd has informed BSE that owing to transfer of entire shareholding of the Company (1.86% of the equity share capital) held by ASK Securities Advisory Services Private Limited (ASK), of which Mr. Asit Koticha was a promoter, Mr. Asit Koticha has tendered his resignation as ASK Nominee Director with effect from June 22, 2016. The Board of Directors has accepted his resignation vide Circular Resolution passed on June 22, 2016.
Further the Company has informed that, vide Circular Resolution passed by the Board of Directors on June 22, 2016, Mr. Asit Koticha is appointed as an Additional Director (Non-Executive Independent Director), to fill up the vacancy caused by the resignation of Mr. Maheshwer Peri who resigned on March 28, 2016 as an Independent Director. |
