Commencement of trail production at the New Plant of the Company at Satara, Maharashtra

With reference to the earlier letter dated May 13, 2013 regarding Inauguration of Manufacturing Plant of the Company, Bharat Gears Ltd has now informed BSE that the Company's Lonand Plant at Satara, Maharashtra has become operational as the trail production has started in the quarter ended December, 2013. The Company is awaiting some regulatory approvals to start the commercial production at the Lonand Plant.

As soon as the Commercial production gets commenced at the lonand plant the Company shall intimate the Stock Exchange.
