3. To fix day, date, time and venue of 34th Annual General Meeting of the Company for the year ended March 31, 2014 and approve notice for the same.
4. To approve Directors Report and Management Discussion and Analysis Report.
5. To consider and approve issuance of Shares on Preferential Basis
6. To consider and fix relevant date for preferential allotment.
7. To consider and approve proposal of investing in Millennium Online (India) Limited and thereby making its wholly owned subsidiary.
8. To consider and approve subdivision of Share Capital subject to approval of Shareholders. |
