Further, as per the Company’s Code of Conduct for prohibition of Insider Trading framed pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed from May 17, 2016 till the completion of 48 Hours after the announcement of the financial results of the Company to the Stock Exchanges. Hence, the insiders i.e. Directors and designated employees are advised to refrain from buying/ selling of the Company’s equity shares until May 26, 2016. |
