| Exchange Disseminated Time | Bharat Gears Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 28, 2008, inter alia, has transacted the following:
1. Recommended dividend of Rs 193.60 lacs on the cumulative preference shares of the Company which includes dividend for the current year @ 10% and arrears of cumulative preference dividend of Rs 172.75 lacs.
2. Recommended dividend @ 10% out of the profit of the Company, for the financial year ended March 31, 2008, on 78,17,833 equity shares of the Company. |
