| Exchange Disseminated Time | Gujarat Apollo Industries Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on October 20, 2011, inter alia, has decided the following;
1. The Board of Directors takes on record the resignation given by Mr. Ramanlal C. Gosain, an Independent Director of the Company as on September 21, 2011. Consequently he ceased to be Director of the Company from that date.
2. Mr. Rupesh Mehta, Chartered Accountant, has been inducted as an additional Director on the Board of Directors of the Company w.e.f. October 20, 2011. |
