Further, it has been decided to convene meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on December 21, 2013 for issue and allotment of equity shares pursuant to Scheme of Amalgamation as per the swap ratio to the shareholders of Leadsoft Softech Private Limited (Transferor Company). |
