1. To consider and approve Audited Financial Results/Accounts for the quarter and financial year ended on March 31, 2015.
2. To consider re-appointment of Chairman & Managing Director and Executive Directors of the Company and any other business with the permission of the Chairman.
Further, Under the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015, Company has informed all the "concerned persons/employees/insiders" that trading window for dealing in securities of the Company will be closed from May 21, 2015 to June 02, 2015 (both days inclusive] and the trading window will re-open w.e.f.
