the facility for voting through Poll Paper is made available at the meeting.The Chairman announced that the Results in respect of 7 Resolution shall be declared on receipt of the Report from the Scrutinizer Amit Choraria, Proprietor AMIT CHORARIA & CO, Chartered Accountants,and the result and the Consolidated Scrutinizers report shall be placed on the website of the company, the website of CDSL and the same shall also be informed to the Stock Exchanges.
The results of voting as per Regulation 44 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (along with Consolidated Scrutinizers report) and Minutes of the Annual General Meeting will be sent to you separately. |
