1. Adoption of Audited Accounts of the Company for the year ended March 31, 2009 and the reports of Auditors and Directors thereon.
2. Re-appointment of Mr. Sanjay Kumar Mimani as director of the Company, liable to retire by rotation.
3. Re-appointment of Mr. Brajesh Sadani as director of the Company, liable to retire by rotation.
4. Appointment of M/s. Agrawal Dugar & Associates, Chartered Accountants, the retiring auditors of the Company to hold office from the conclusion of this Annual General Meeting until the conclusion of next Annual General Meeting of the Company. |
