| Exchange Disseminated Time 05/08/2016 16:32:41 | Zensar Technologies Ltd has informed BSE that the Nomination and Remuneration Committee ("Committee") at its held on August 05, 2016 had granted Stock Options / Performance Award Units to Employees as under:
1. 40,000 Options under 2006 ESOP at an Exercise Price of Rs. 1,000.00 per Option to the employee of the Company.
2. 48,000 Options under 2006 ESOP at an Exercise Price of Rs. 1,100.00 per Option to the employees of the Company.
With respect to Points 1 & 2 aforesaid, the vesting of the Options shall take place over a period of 5 (Five) Years based on the performance of the employee.
3. 4,50,000 Performance Award Units (PAUs) under EPAP 2016 Scheme at an Exercise Price of Rs.10/- per unit to the Employees of the Company. The vesting of the PAUs shall take place over a period of 5 (Five) Years based on the performance parameters approved by the Nomination and Remuneration Committee of the Company. |
