Further, as per the Company’s code of Fair Disclosure & Conduct adopted pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation, 2015, the trading window of the Company will be closed for all insiders from February 03, 2016 and shall be opened 48 hours after the intimation of outcome of above said Board Meeting to the Stock Exchange. |
