| Exchange Received Time 29/05/2017 17:21:55 Exchange Disseminated Time 29/05/2017 17:21:59 Time Taken 00:00:04 | Further to our letter dated 22nd May, 2017, intimating you of the Board Meeting to be held today, we hereby inform you that the Board of Directors has, inter-alia approved declaration of Interim Dividend of Rs. 0.54 per share (Paise Fifty Four Only) (i.e. 27%) on 24,75,00,270 Equity Shares having Face Value of Rs. 2/- each, for the Financial Year 2017-18. The record date for the purpose of determining the entitlement of shareholders for Interim Dividend has been fixed as Thursday, 8th June, 2017 and the said dividend shall be paid/ dispatched on Friday, 16th June, 2017.
Further the Board of Directors has recommended Final Dividend of Rs. 0.54 per share (Paise Fifty Four Only) (i.e. 27%) on 24,75,00,270 Equity Shares having Face Value of Rs. 2/- each, for the financial year 2016-17. The said dividend, subject to the approval of the shareholders of the Company, shall be paid starting from the fifth day and within thirtieth day from the date of conclusion of the Annual General Meeting.
