| Exchange Disseminated Time | IMP Finance Ltd has informed BSE that Matrix Energy Solutions Pvt Ltd, the acquirer has successfully completed takeover offer as per the provisions of the SEBI (SAST) Regulations and following directors nominated by it have been appointed as Additional Directors of the Company in the Board Meeting held on September 05, 2006:
1. Shri. Umesh Kumar
2. Shri. Rakesh Mundra
3. Shri. Alok Nidhi Gupta
Shri. G L Joshi has resigned from the Directorship w.e.f. September 05, 2006.
Further the Company has informed that, as per Agreement August 30, 2006 entered into between the Company, Matrix Energy Solutions Pvt Ltd the acquirer and the sellers namely Shri. Ramniwas R Dhoot, Shri. Aaditya R Dhoot, Shri. Ajay R Dhoot, M/s. Shree Rasbihari Trading & Investment Pvt Ltd and M/s. Shree Kishoriju Trading & Investment Pvt Ltd, the Company has assigned all liabilities responsibilities, rights, obligations, benefits in relation to the suit by the Company before honorable Co-op Court no.1 , at Mumbai in the matter of Greater Bombay Co-op Bank Ltd , Mumbai in favour of sellers subject to agreement reached between the parties. |
