This is to bring to your kind notice that the Board of Directors of the Company in its meeting held today i.e 13th November, 2017 has appointed Ms. Jyoti Verma as Company Secretary & Compliance officer of the Company with immediate effect pursuant to section 203 of Companies Act, 2013 and Regulation 6 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.

Ms. Jyoti Verma is a Qualified Company Secretary and Fellow Member of The Institute of Company Secretaries of India and is having more than 12 years of experience of handling Corporate Law matters and Listing Compliances.
