| Exchange Disseminated Time | Superhouse Leathers Ltd has informed BSE the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on April 29, 2006, has decided to place the audited results before the board by June 30, 2006 instead of placing the unaudited results.
Accordingly the unaudited results were not placed and considered by the board at the meeting held on April 29, 2006.
Further, the Company has informed that the board has decided to change the name of the company as “Superhouse International Ltd” or “Superhouse Industries Ltd” as may be allowed by the Registrar of Companies. |
