| Exchange Disseminated Time | Nahar Capital and Financial Services Ltd has informed BSE that the shareholders at the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on September 20, 2011, have unanimously carried out all the resolutions contained in the Notice of Annual General Meeting.
Further the Company has informed that, the shareholders of the Company have approved the dividend @ 30% i.e. Rs. 1.50/- each share of the Equity Share Capital for the year 2010-11 in their Annual General Meeting held on September 20, 2011 as recommended by Board of Directors. The Company is likely to pay the dividend on September 23, 2011 onward but within the prescribed period under the Companies Act, 1956. |
