| Exchange Disseminated Time | Hindustan Oil Exploration Company Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 29, 2013, inter alia, has noted the resignations and approved the appointments as below :
Resignations:
1. Mr. Marcello Simoncelli has resigned as Director from the Board of Directors of the Company w.e.f. May 28, 2013 (closure of business hours).
2. Mr. Sergio Adriano Laura has resigned as Director and Managing Director from the Board of Directors of the Company w.e.f. May 29, 2013 (closure of business hours).
Appointments:
3. Mr. Guido Pappeti has been appointed w.e.f. May 30, 2013 as Additional Director, subject to approval of the Shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
4. Mr. Paolo Ceddia has been appointed w.e.f. May 30, 2013 as Additional Director, subject to approval of the Shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting. |
