September 13, 2016, in compliance with the provision of Section 203 and other applicable provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 and Regulation 6 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
Subsequent to the referred appointment, Mr. Manoj Kumar Digga ceases to be the Compliance Officer of the Company. |
