1. Adoption of the Balance sheet as on March 31, 2011 and Profit & Loss account for the year ended along with Directors Report and Auditors Report.
2. Re-appointment of Dr. V. L. Moorthy, as a Director of the Company, liable to retire by rotation.
3. Re-appointment of M/s. Vas & Co., Chartered Accountants, as a Statutory Auditors of the Company to hold office from the conclusion of these Annual General Meeting (AGM) till the conclusion of next Annual General Meeting (AGM) on remuneration, terms & conditions. |
