Now, Notice is hereby given that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on November 28, 2016, inter alia, to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and half year ended on September 30, 2016.
Further, as per Insider Trading Regulation & Code of Conduct for prevention of Insider Trading, the trading window will remain closed up to November 30, 2016 for all directors & designated employees of the Company. |
