| Exchange Disseminated Time 28/12/2016 17:01:58 | Vindhya Telelinks Ltd has informed BSE that the next Board Meeting of the Company is scheduled to be held on January 03, 2017, interalia, to consider and approve proposal for issuance of Bonds/Redeemable Non-convertible Debentures (NCDs)/other Debt Securities on private placement basis, in one or more tranches, aggregating upto Rs. 150 Crores subject to approval of members through postal ballot.
Further, the Company confirms that as per the Company’s Code of Conduct pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for dealing in the equity shares of the Company would remain closed for the designated employees and connected persons covered under the said code of the Company from December 29, 2016 to January 05, 2017 (both days inclusive). |
