| Exchange Received Time 14/06/2017 19:04:26 Exchange Disseminated Time 14/06/2017 19:04:33 Time Taken 00:00:07 | We would like to inform you that Ministry of Chemicals and Fertilizers vide office order no.78/5/2010-HR-I dated 14th June, 2017, has entrusted the additional charge of the post of Chairman and Managing Director of the Company to Shri Suresh Warior, Director (Finance), for a period of three months w.e.f. 14.06.2017 or until further orders, whichever is earlier.
Consequent to this, Shri C.M. T. Britto has relinquished the charge of CMD of the Company, w.e.f. 14.06.2017. However, Shri C.M.T. Britto continued to be Director (Technical) of the Company till 30.06.2017 i.e. the date of his superannuation, or until further orders, whichever is earlier.
