1. Mr. Sunit Kapur has resigned from the position of the Managing Director of the Company w.e.f November 06, 2013. However, he would continue as Non -executive Director of the Company.
2. Mr. Andreas Kolf, has been appointed as the Managing Director of the Company w.e.f November 06, 2013.
3. Mr. Sachin Selot has been appointed as the Whole Time Finance Director & CFO of the Company. |
