| Exchange Disseminated Time 14/09/2016 16:58:39 | Bambino Agro Industries Ltd has informed BSE that Shri M Kishan Rao, Chairman and Director of the Company has expressed his desire to relinquish his office as Chairman and Director and has tendered his resignation effective from close of office hours on September 14, 2016.
Accordingly Shri M Kishan Rao, Chairman and Director will cease to be Chairman as well as Director of the Company with effect from the closing hours on September 14, 2016.
Mr. M Kishan Rao, M Kishan Rao - HUF, Mrs M Sugandha Bai, KRS Finance Pvt Ltd and Ms M Tulja Bhavani, a part of Core Promoter Group and an entity owned and controlled by them intend to gift their entire shareholding in Bambino Agro Industries Ltd to Mr M Raghuveer in due course of time to ensure alignment of management and shareholding. |
