1. Reappointment of Mr. Jitendra Mamtora as Chairman and Whole-time Director and Key Managerial Personnel of the Company w.e.f. January 01, 20 17 subject to approval of Shareholders.
2. Appointment of Mr. Devendra Gupta as Chief Financial Officer and Key Managerial Personnel of the Company w.e.f. February 03, 201 7.
3. Increase in Authorised Capital from Rs. 15,00,00,000 (Rupees Fifteen Crore Only) divided into 1,50,00,000 (One Crore Fifty Lacs) Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- (Rupees Ten Only) to Rs. 20,00,00,000 (Rupees Twenty Crore Only) divided into 2,00,00,000 (Two Crore) Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- (Rupees Ten Only) according Alteration in the Clause V of Memorandum of Association of the Company, subject to approval of Shareholders
4. Increase in the limit of shareholding by registered Foreign Institutional Investors (FIls) from 24% to 49% of the paid up capital of the Company, subject to approval of Shareholders
