| Exchange Disseminated Time | With reference to the earlier letter dated February 05, 2016 regarding increase of the Company's stake in Metahelix Life Sciences Ltd. (Metahelix) from 80.51% to 100%, making Metahelix a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company.
Rallis India Ltd has now informed BSE that Mr. S. Nagarajan has taken charge as the Chief Executive Officer of Metahelix and will shortly be appointed on the Board, following necessary regulatory processes. Dr. K. K. Narayanan, Dr. Gautham Nadig and Mr. S. Ravi Krishna have stepped down from their Executive capacities on the Board following completion of their term on March 31, 2016. They will continue to be available to the Company for advice. |
