We shall, in due course, communicate the unaudited financial results as soon as they are approved and taken on record by the Board.
Further, in terms of the provisions of 'Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Insiders', the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company shall remain closed now onwards up to Thursday, July 27, 2017.
