| Exchange Disseminated Time | Tide Water Oil (India) Ltd has informed BSE that in terms of the intimation received from M/s. MCS Share Transfer Agent Ltd. vide their letter dated January 09, 2013 and the approval accorded by the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on January 31, 2013, M/s. MCS Share Transfer Agent Ltd., having the registration for acting as RTA under Category - I, had been appointed as the Registrar and Share Transfer Agent (RTA) of the Company in both Electronic and Physical mode with immediate effect in place of M/s. MCS Ltd. on the same terms and conditions as were applicable to M/s. MCS Ltd.
The Company had, been informed by M/s. MCS Share Transfer Agent Ltd., 12/1/5, Manoharpukur Road, Kolkata - 700026 vide their aforesaid letter dated January 09, 2013 that M/s. MCS Ltd. had transferred its business relating to RTA to M/s. MCS Share Transfer Agent Ltd. |
