| Exchange Disseminated Time | Maxwell Industries Ltd has informed BSE that the members of the Company, by way of Postal Ballot, have approved and passed the following Special Resolutions, with requisite majority:
- Under Item No. 1:- Altered the articles of association by inserting new articles 12A after Article 12 in the Articles of Association.
- Under Item No. 2:- approved the Buy back upto 12,50,050 fully paid up 5% Redeemable Preference Shares of Rs. 100/- each at a Price of Rs. 100/- per preference shares plus pro-rata accrued dividend on Preference Share from April 01, 2010 till the date of closure of buyback under section at 77A, 77AA & 77B. |
