| Exchange Disseminated Time | With reference to the earlier announcement dated May 31, 2013, regarding Outcome of Board Meeting, Sundram Fasteners Ltd has now informed BSE that, in the said Outcome of Board Meeting the meeting date was wrongly mentioned as "May 31, 2013" instead of "May 30, 2013".
The correct Outcome of Board Meeting should be read as follows"
"Sundram Fasteners Ltd has informed BSE that subject to the approval of the shareholders in the forthcoming annual general meeting, the Board of Directors in their meeting held on May 30, 2013 has unanimously approved the following:
1. Ms. Arundathi Krishna, Whole-Time Director has been re-designated as Deputy Managing Director with effect from May 30, 2013 to September 17, 2013 (till the end of the current tenure).
2. Ms. Arundathi Krishna has been re-appointed as Managing Director of the Company (Designated as Deputy Managing Director) for a period of five years with effect from September 18, 2013 to September 17, 2018." |
