This is to inform you that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Saturday, 28th October, 2017, to take on record, inter-alia the unaudited financial results (Provisional) for the quarter and half year ended 30th September, 2017 and to consider the declaration of Interim Dividend on equity shares, if any for the financial year 2017-2018.

We further wish to inform that the record date for the Interim Dividend will be 7

Closure of Trading Window
